Well they do make weight gainer which you can find on any body building supplier website but I would check with your doctor to see what works best for you. Whey protein is usually for building muscle or some forms are used as meal replacements for people trying to lose weght. It will help you gain if you have a protein shake between meals especially if you mix with milk.

Eat at McDonald's. If it does for you what it does for kids, you'll be a porker in no time. ;)

Well, so far, how is everyone doing with the resolutions? Brown dropped 8 pounds of 00 Buckshot shells to me today, and I think I have narrowed my quest for a .40 cal to 2 models... :-D

Someone earlier mentioned Smoothies. Pick a group of your favourite fruits (always have one banana as a base), throw into a blender, top up with Soy milk (take care how you add weight) with some ice cubes....Yum! Try those 2-3 times a day and watch those kilos.

Keep up with exercises (muscle build and tone is important...there are also many excellent and simple exercises you can do at home using an exercise ball (http://swissball.com.au/). Check with your doctor for an OK! I use the ball at home ongoing for core exercises and general fitness when I can't make gym or long walks.

Speaking of walks, I thorough enjoy the Spit to Manly walk which in spots can be challenging (takes me 2.5hrs - 3hrs at a fine pace). If you're up to it, this type of exercise is great while being enjoyable: http://www.wildwalks.com/bushwalkin...rbour-national-park/spit-bridge-to-manly.html

Sorry to hear you've been so ill...take care mate.

    Cheers

I treat smoking like i do all pleasures.....

Try to Enjoy them in moderation, anything is bad for you in excess (even water)

When im busy and not too stressed, i barely smoke a pack a week (2-3 a day:)

I honestly think leaving out all the junk food would be the best/healtiest thing for my body.

BUT on a serious note: Kudos to all the peeps with the stamina and will power to kick it for good, i do enjoy it but at the same time i appreiate it is a habbit.

BTW, on topic... i have sorta stuck to my resolution (being more social) but i could be doing better really :\
