Look closer. It's not a baby bottle. It's got an angled wide mouth that conveniently fits... um... the kid. It looks like it's designed for just what it's being used for. Japan and most of the Far East is far less body concious than the West, especially when it comes to kids. I'm guessing that gizmo helps a LOT with potty training.
