where can i find HPzimc09.dll

Hello there Major Geeks-

My father in law is having a problem re-installing his HP Officejet 7410 all in one printer.

Every time I start the installation process is says-cannot find HPzimc09.dll please insert disk.

Problem is, he doesn't have the disk anymore. Where can I find this HPzimc09.dll?

Does anyone know where to find it? I've searched the entire computer-its not here. He cannot print until we fix it, which means he can't print for his business.

all you need to do is select your OS in the drop down box then pick Driver - Product Instalation Software(#3) or you could choose to order the disc!!

I have already downloaded option #1-I didn't know if option #3 was right?

TimW-thanks for your reply as well- when you google it-you get many hits-however most of them are companies trying to get you to download their "software" to fix the problem-not really the download.

the download is free and it seems to be a reletively easy fix, but as TimW has said, I would also scan the download with your AV software.
