Where is conbo fix and IE redirect problems

It appears I am not alone in my malware issues. It redirects IE to a bogus search site and affects my Google usage. I've gone through many of the threads in here and have downloaded
- MalwareBytes - when I click on it I get a pop up that says runtime error
- ATF - haven't installed yet
- SAS - haven't installed yet
Spybot and AVG are turned off

I've seen many references for Combo fix but for the life of me I can't find it on this site to download.

Help please.
