where is my 3d sensor?

I have an ahtlon 1900 xp+ running on a 7vtxe motherboard. MBM reports 3 sensors and 3 fans. 2 of them match up to what my utility that came with the board reports to be the case and the cpu. The 3d one shows no fan speed and 81c temp. There are 3 fans, 1 for the cpu, 1 intake and 1 out, but I can't figure out what mbm is telling me as to the mystery 3d sensor and why it is so hot. I do have problems with re-booting during video games and it always says it is an unknow device driver error, but all my drivers have been checked and rechecked.

How do I figure out where the 3d sensor is and what to do about the high temp?
