Where Is Options In Firefox?

    I hate feeling stupid. In this open applications menu, I cannot for the life of me see options. I have attached a screenshot in the hopes somebody can point out what I am not seeing.

    When I Google it they want me to click options turn off the pop up blockers. I need to do this to look at my spectrum Internet bill. Settings does not have this option.
