I`m going to pipe up a bit only because it`s time and I`m board

What is it with AMD. I mean are they or are they not going to release there Bulldozer Tech?

Coming soon from there website is pethetic IMHO.

Intel are already at 32nm (with regard to readily available tech) and now have some z68 ssd goodness on the shelf at 22nm as i understand along with vurtu`s tech in there as well, so what on earth is AMD doing. They don`t have much time on the one hand to gain any market share (popularity-sales) with what Intel have now:cry On the other hand they have new vurtu tech and alledgedly better cpu threading (multicore) tech we`ve been hearing about for a year or more and have yet to see anything but convoluted unrepresentative benchmarks and word of mouth:cry

PS. are we goning to wait? of cause we don`t have a choice but I still can`t wait. We can only assume that Intel will trump AMD again within a few weeks but Here`s hoping it`s the reverse:zzz

 

Why hope? I mean, if Intel has better stuff, then, well, just stick with intel
I do hope that AMD gets back up to snuff tho, cause good competition only means better products for us :major

 

Bulldozer should come out late this year from all that I have read, I'm waiting to see the difference between that and the Intel 2011 socket and the price/performance for each before I buy.:drool
