Where is This ???

    Where are the files in Windows XP PRO :config.sys and autoexec.bat

    I need to had some driver in to enable my cd burner for my
    norton ghost 2003.

    Hi you can find config.sys and autoexec.bat in your c drive. to view them double click my computer / local disk / tool / folder options / view / untick hide protected operating systems files . also show hidden files and folders

    Okay found it but .....

    okay i found out how but here the deal....

    i am now using symantec ghost 8.0

    when i am starting ghost32.exe

    It say to me:

    CD/DVD writting fonctionality is currently unavailable
    Please see the reference guide to enable IT.

    So i knows i have to put something in the config.sys and autoexec.bat
    to active it ???

    So if somebody know a link for a step by step thing to what to do i will realy like it :my burner is a LG-GCC 4480B.

    Okay is fixed now :)

    I was missing one files ghostcdr.dll (bad install i think!!!)

    And alanc you are right nothing to do with config.sys and autoexec.bat

    Only for older version of norton ghost 2001 and under.
