Where next?

My computer will allow me online to browse.

It will not allow me to access secure sections of sites and my accounts.

It blocks all access to antispyware sites and antivirus sites.

I have followed your guide lines. I have run avg, microsoft antispyware beta1, ccleaner and ad-aware.

I have the logs from Hijackthis and ewido. see below. These had to be e-mailed to me as the computer blocked the sites. ewido has no updates.

Where do I go next?

 

I have managed to removed mywebsearch and wildtangent permanently fingers crossed.

I am now able to access antispyware and antivirus sites.

I am still unable to enter secure sites and accounts.

Any ideas on how to cure the problem?

 

Do not copy & paste logs into your post; always include logs as attachments.

Your HijackThis log incomplete; and there is no indication in teh log that you have completed our stand cleaning process.

Please follow the steps below:

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
