Where To Adjust Synaptic Pointing Device

Okay, now that is out of me. . . let me ask my question.

I have a Toshiba Satellite. I need to adjust the Synaptic Pointing device. The stupid pinch zoom is going to make me throw it out the window! The problem is, I cannot find the control panel for it. I can find the mouse menus, but nothing specific to the Synaptic device. I have searched, and searched, and searched. My head is going to explode! I am sure it is obvious, but I sure as heck cannot find it!

I am using Windows 7. Thanks for any help.
