Where To Buy Genuine Windows 10 64 Bit Pro Must Not Be Oem ?

Back in 2016,having been sold win 7 64 bit Pro for my PC rebuild, but as I discovered on the day the PC builder was with me, that it was OEM and too late to return it, it lost me Microsoft support WHICH I NEEDED when I made my first call struggling with multi-coloured text that turned out to be of Msoft's making, yet for graphics that was bad progress, so for many years I am unable to seek help from them. essential when experiencing a new OS and being out of action for 3 months trying to solve what Msoft had gone and done. (thank god for Shell)

I am now rebuilding the PC as a Win 10 64 bit Pro. , or perhaps starting over with a new case and a new custom build.

This time I am absolutely focused on avoiding OEM.

I google win10 64 bit pro and all I see are dvd OEM, like some nightmare I will wake from.

Just where do I buy a disc with win 10 64bit Pro and avoid OEM ? I want a disc, to be sure I have 100% complete as Msoft intended and that wont degrade.

You want Windows 10 Retail. You pay a lot more for the added support of M$, when there are plenty of good forums and sites that can help for free. M$ has you download an ISO or create a USB key, so you'll likely have to burn your own DVD. The only retail offerings is a boxed USB key, looks like M$ never made a retail DVD.

It is unsettling to know I cant run a problem past Msoft as twice it was they who had to solve it.
e.g.
No one knew about the loss of the all black text in win7, Msoft after much ado admitted it was they. , they had removed the controller that generated pre black text, I was seeing fringes of red and turquoise, green and cyan, it wasnt made up of just black anymore, and having spent a lifetime in graphics and pagemaker etc, it was visually most odd. As I have a very busy PC wth 150 progs, to not have Msoft support again is scary, though the minnions you get hold of are not much use, they fwd the issue to HQ, though nothing ever came of it, we all have to accept multicoloured black text..

I need support if my mouse is unable to allow me to draw a pure smooth line 45deg down the screen as happened when we went from 98 to 2000, it was a very ragged line like a set of stairs, impossible to draw or move things with, again Msoft admitted it was they, the NT base of 2k had lost the smooth input, they sent the issue to HQ, they even supplied me with a ball thumb mouse (terrible thing) and they added a tick box for smooth function, but it was a cop-out, it was the same as setting the mouse on the slowest setting, and it required three mouse mats of movement to move cursor far left to far right of screen again, useless for graphics and CAD work. I used to hear folk slapping the mice on the mouse mat, when asked why, they were trying to get the cursor across the screen. My setting was 9/10 and accel high on the rubber ball mouse, it did entire screen in 1.25inches of mouse mat. After trying out all mice I could find , and being unable to do my work for 3 months, I eventually found one that worked again., then when that ceased, I now use Logitech gaming mouse G100s. Standard mouse size, no buttons all round it, and it sits 10mm from edge of gel pad, I can move cursor down screen in that 10mm, larger mice have no space to do so. I rest wrist on gel, and swing hand in 1.25inch and do all my work to pixel accuracy as that, so will I need Msoft help with mouse ? PC builders dont do CAD and pixel stuff so are not much use should I get a problem. I just hope my G100s works as on win7.

and what other problems might I come across ? I must get it looking as it is at the mo, save this for another thread.

Is this RETAIL version 64bit pro ?
what is a usb key ?
