Where'd they go?? Download options that is

My daughter and her friend downloaded some BS antispyware/adaware program the other day, can't remember what the name was but it always poped up a window "Computer infected,buy BLAH BALH program to remove it now". So i uninstalled it and removed as much of the crap form it I could find but now whene I download something from MJ or any site I don't have the options to chose where I want the file to go. As on desktop, or My documents or network etc..etc. I can still chose it i use the arrow to chose where i want it but I'd like the icons on the side back!! http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o79/christopherjellybean/untitled444.jpg

 

It is likely you still have remnants and/or modifications caused by the infection.

Note: It is important that you follow the steps exactly as laid out in the guide if you want to effectively and efficiently clean you computer.

C:\ComboFix.txt (Windows 2000, 2003, XP & Vista only)
SASlog.txt log from SuperAntiSpyware. (all operating systems)
MGlogs.zip -normally it is C:\MGlogs.zip (all operating systems) - only attach this log from MGtools.exe DO NOT attach any logs seen in the MGtools folder.
