Which computer would run it better?

The game I'm talking about is very old, Wolfenstein Enemy Territory. The system requirements are:

    PIII 600 MHz processor
    128 MB of ram
32 MB video card w/ OpenGL

My computer is way ahead of that but I would like to get a higher FPS. The computer I currently play it on has the following specs:

    1 GB of ram
3.0 GHz processor, single core/no hyperthreading
256MB ATi Radeon 9250 video card

I have another computer that I'm thinking about playing it on with the following specs:

    1.5 GB of ram
    3.2 GHz hyperthreaded/single core
128 MB Nvidia FX5200 video card

Which computer would play it better? The video card in that second computer is fried, but my friend has the same thing that I can pick up for $20. I have some old video cards lying around if this won't play it with much better performance, and I'm a student with no job, so I don't want to buy it unless I will see a performance boost.

Also, the computer I'm thinking about playing it on only has a 350 watt power supply. What video cards, better than the Nvidia FX5200 will run on it? It doesn't have the 4 pin cable that most higher end cards take.

Both of them will destroy that game but the 2nd one will probably out perform the other although I don't think you would see any difference since the game will likely bottleneck both Pc's and run maxed out at high FPS without hardly stressing either PC.

I had an ATI 9250, ran Doom 3 and Half Life 2 on med settings with decent FPS on it with an AMD Athlon 3400+ 3.4 and 1GB of RAM.

Okay, so what video card would you recommend? I also want to record gameplay, so that will be a little bit more extensive. My PSU is 350 watts w/ 19.5A on the 12 volt rail. I don't want anything really graphics heavy, mainly because of the price, but a 256MB card w/ a little bit of room to overclock would be nice. Oh, also it is PCI express. I only have about $30 max to spend on it. Oh, and I don't have the extra power connector to go to it on my PSU.

That's PCI Express card, but from what I can tell, you have only PCI and VGA slots on your motherboard. I had a hard time finding specs for it online, unfortunately.
