Which driver is correct?

I am running Vista 64 bit with nvidia 8800 GTS graphics card. The current driver for the GTS is Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS Version 7.15.166.6369.
When I search for an update for the 8800 I get the following recomendation.
Gts Version 169.09. I attempted to install this driver from Nvidia but could not get it to work. Admittedly, I don't have great experience in this catagory but have installed many drivers correctly. Any help appreciated.

Here is latest beta, http://www.majorgeeks.com/Nvidia_ForceWare_for_Vista_64-Bit__d5506.html To be honest if your not experiencing any issues with the driver you have at present then I would leave alone as nVidia drivers in Vista and x64 are not perfected as yet.
