Which is CPU for me?

Hi there,

i was looking at the AMD x4 Athlon 630 2.8 Ghz

But then i saw the

... and wondered, is this the same thing but just oc'd? Am i better off saving £20 and buying the 620? Is there any benefit in buying the 630?

I'd keep the $20 in my pocket, it's not worth a %7 clock increase IMO and only a benchmark would notice a difference between the two. The 630 is not OC'd.

 

Go with the 2nd link there. The extra £ is not worth it, as augiedoggie has said.

 

I'd save the money and go with the second.

 

I agree - put any extra money in your graphics solution - and make sure you have a good PSU.
