Which Of These Visual C++ Files Do I Really Need...

Which of these files do I really need (other than the last two)? I don't do any programming.

 

It would all depend on what programs you have installed and what runtime they need. If you uninstall a redistributable and then try to run a program that needs that runtime, you'll get an error and have to hunt down which runtime it is that you need to install.
With the small amount of space that they occupy, I'd leave them alone.

 

Personally I would not remove any of them, as in time you will find you will need them, every piece of software uses a different one especially if they do not update or do not wish too. These are important files, delete them and find out the hard way like I did..
