Which one??

alright well i got sympatico but i dont really know if i got basic , high speed or high speed ultra.. how do i find out??

its not dial up i no that.. it connect using the speedtouch USB.

High Speed Ultra up to 5000 Kbps
High Speed up to 3000 Kbps
Basic 256 Kbps
Basic Lite 128 Kbps
Dial-up 56 Kbps

 

Well, you could try one of them online speedtests (sorry for the slang) for a generalization of what group you may be in.
I'd probably call the company you ordered your broadband for verification.

 

Go here: http://service.sympatico.ca/ and click on 'View your services'

That will take you to a page that shows what plan yer on.

You can also see what plan yer on if you click on the 'View Bandwidth Activity' link under the 'My Accounts' --> 'View Accounts' tab.

oh it says i got high speed. is that cable or just high speed dsl?
