Which should run from start up?

I have currently this spy/malware software:
Spybot-AdAware SE-SpywareBlaster-CCleaner-CWShredder-Microsoft antispy(Giant) mainly.
Can you please tell me:
1] Besides the antivirus & firewall, which one of the above should be running from the start up?
2] Is there an easy way to recognize them in the task manager to know they are running?

can't comment for anyone else but i don't run any of them from startup.

1. Microsoft (giant) the PROS here are currently recommending not to use it until out of beta and gets rid of it's problems.

2. Spybot-AdAware - I use them once a week to up date and check computer.. Be sure to immunize with Spybot.

3. SpywareBlaster - Use once a week to update and enable all protection.

4. CCleaner- only use these if I want to clean up files

5. CWShreader - only if I thought I had CoolWeb Search
