Which TV tuner to buy for HDTV

I'm looking into getting a tv tuner for my pc, it was actually the reason that i built the pc, it's just the last component i have to buy.

what i want my tuner to do

HDTV - a must, like i said the reason i built the pc to record HD tv (direct tv)
the dtv box has component out so......
dual tuner - would prefer, but not a necessity (for cable tv)
fm radio i could take or leave
Would prefer the following was include but could alway buy later if need be.
MCE Remote
IR blaster (for dtv box)

some specs from my pc
Running windows XP MCE, would prefer not to have to buy vista for it
2gb ram
intel 2060 (2.0 ghz)
have free pci and express slots (would actually prefer pci since i have a net card for the pci-e)
well ventalated case so heat shouldn't be an issue, but less heat means less noise (usually) which is good

looking around the $100 mark, but spending a little more or less is fine.

Did i mention that i wanted this for HDTV

anyone with good or bad experiences, i'd appreciate the feed back
