White screen, message in English and German, and nothing I can do about it

Hello,
A few minutes ago my computer contracted something where the screen goes white and I get the message "Please wait while the connection is beeing established" with some German beneath it. I can't do anything else with the computer, even in safe mode, and task manager doesn't work.

I went through the list on the "READ & RUN ME FIRST" topic and, so far as I can tell, I can't do any of it with the computer acting this way. I found instructions in another thread to run the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool from the recovery environment, so I did, and here's what I've got.

(I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Sorry, can't figure out how to delete or edit my post. I followed a procedure similar to http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=254984 and I'm able to access my computer again. Sorry for posting before I completely explored my options.
