stumbled across this link this morning. It is an art exhibit in Poland that is constructed entirely of wood and obsolete computer parts, filmed in a fisheye- sort of 3-d effect. Really cool !

I wonder how much the artist got paid to make this? Is that what passes for art,you take a big pile of junk and bolt it together then its art :-D

LoL . Its actually built inside a castle in Poland. I accidentally lost the article that accompanied the display, and "restore session" didn't bring it back (i accidentally closed the window with the article before I could copy the URL) .
Google turned this up this morning, http://holykaw.alltop.com/polish-castle-haunted-by-old-computers-video
Not as in-depth as the first article i saw-but check out the keyboard crown ! :-D

Pretty cool if you let it keep playing for a while. I didn't realize it was an entire song . And I am into ambient music, though this is a little bit brash for ambient . It is definitely interesting and worth the second look !

I just had a second look - "industrial ambient" - it keeps up the interest though and kind of grows on you!

industrial ambient .. . . . Sounds plausible, but I enjoy ambient music, like Steve Roach or anything on Dronezone , Cryosleep, or Space Station Soma on Shoutcast . I enjoy these as a soothing backdrop when im working or sleeping. Having such harsh elements in the track kinda ruins that aspect for me, but it is certainly interesting . If you enjoy Ambient, I HIGHLY reccomend checking out the Shoutcast radio within Winamp. Just type in Ambient, pick a station, then turn on Milkdrop for a visual feast as well .
