    1. A programme (SUPERAntispyware) has attached itself to the Start Menu. I don't want it there. When I right click it I select Remove from this list but nothing happens. Any solutions, please?
    2. When I click on Start>Computer>C(my hard drive)>Documents and Settings, why am I, the computer administrator, denied access to this folder?
My OS is MS Win 7 (64 bit).

Start SAS and check the option in the settings related to it starting with Windows. Trying to modify files related to loaded security software is a no-no, the software assumes a potentially malicious event is occurring. It uses hardly any resources in the start with Windows mode but unchecking it won't stop it from starting - providing you haven't already been hit by something.

    Hi

If you're running Windows Vista or Windows 7, Documents and Settings is a phantom folder. It's used only for backward compatibility with Windows XP programs, and is locked from access to protect that compatibility function. If you wish to work around that, I'd be happy to tell you how, but I must warn you that messing with it in any way is only going to cause you potential problems. All of the "Documents and Settings" stuff in Vista/7 is located under C:\Users\%username%.
