Why can't I see AVI files?

    Hello all,

    when I have downloaded an AVI file I get sound but no picture, can anyone help me?

    This is assuming you're not doing anything illegal ;)

    Download K-Lite Codec Pack Full 3.30 and install.

    This should address your problem.
