Why do I keep getting this message?

I've been at this for a while now. I keep getting this message once I log in to my windows desktop, "Web page unavailable while offline

The Web page you requested is not available offline. To view this page, click Connect.
Connect Stay Offline"

I can't seem to make this thing go away. I've looked in my msconfig and find nothing seemingly out of place. And, I've looked in Services.msc. I don't even suspect that it's spyware or a virus anymore. I've ran AVG Anti-Rootkit Free, RemoveIT Pro v4 SE, Remover, and Virusclean,

Gmer, SDSCanner, Ad-Aware SE Personal, SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition, and Smitfraudfix just for the heck of it, and HijackDefender, 2 or 3 times now

and they all come up 100 % clean.

The other oddity is that when I get ready to run my window cleaner program it gives a message that I've never seen before asking me if I would like to close internet explorer as some of the files may not be cleaned properly. But, I never opened internet explorer.

What's causing this?

I doubt that this is a malware issue. You may want to look at the below:

Also clear your browser cache and also make sure you don't have any active desktop issues. You can also try the below:

1. Open up your internet explorer
2. Go to tools --> internet options
3. Click on the "connections" tab
4. Select option "Never dial a connection"
5. Click on the "OK" button.

If you problems continue, you should run the READ & RUN ME and attach the requested logs so we can look for any potential causes.
