Why Does Malwarebytes Hate Advanced Systemcare?

Malwarebytes always marks ASC as a PUP and deletes it. Malwarebytes suggest putting ASC as an Exception which I have done but my ASC still gets deleted. I don't want to let ASC go so it was Malwarebytes that got uninstalled on my Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit PC.
Seems a little weird for Major Geeks to be promoting both programs as Featured Software when you cannot have both on the same computer.

I have also deleted Malwarebytes for the same reason and also it was clashing with 2 antiviruses installed as I use Avast Premier.

OK, read exile360's post (thanks for posting the link) and I get the impression that Advanced SystemCare (ASC) isn't worth installing/using? I have Drive Booster 6 (free version) installed and it said that I have 1080 items found (100.8 mb) and I would have to install ASC to clean it up. I have, use, and like Malwarebytes. As well I don't want to screw my puter up with unnecessary and/or dangerous programs either. So, I assume the "1080 items found (100.8 mb)" is a come on and just take a pass on ASC?

To add, how about using CCEnhancer instead? I have CCleaner and it's great and, apparently, safe as well.
