Why Does This Keep Appearing On My PC?

EVERY 2 minutes without fail I get this alert from McAfee and it's really annoying me now. I've tried clicking block, I've tried clicking grant access but it makes no difference, it just keeps on appearing. I've even searched Google & my PC for the file that is requesting access to the Internet but I can't find it or any info on it.

Does anyone know how to stop it (without closing McAfee)?

Are you sure that file is not part of McAfee's own firewall. Look at the file properties and see what you can find.

Locate it again using Windows Explorer and then right click on it and select Properties. Now see if there is a Version tab in the window. If so, select the Version tab and on the next window select each of the listed Item names (one at a time) to get more info about the file. The most important Item is the company name. If there is no Version tab, tell me that too.

This is all it found even with the viewing of hidden files/folders enabled.

Delete all files (including that one) in the prefetch folder. See C:\windows\prefetch

Just did it and a minute later the same thing appeared. The funny this is that on the McAfee popup it even says the location of the file but I went into the System32 folder and couldn't find it anywhere.

    Please follow the steps below:

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

    - Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
