Why is Halliburton scanning me?!?!?!

Is anyone else experiencing this? I have Sygate and it's been going crazy these past few days. So I copy and paste the IP address that keeps scanning me and LO AND BEHOLD, this is what I get:

Why the heck are they scanning me or is this Papa Nuts program of listening to anyone who uses Google?
