Why Is This Happening? "this Site Can't Be Reached"

    Hi all. Not sure if this is a hardware issue. I get this error message on almost every website I go to. Sometimes I can just reload the page once, other times I have to reload it 5 or 6 times. I am on a Dell pc, 64bit OS, still running Windows 7 Pro. However, it is happening on hubby's pc and he's running Windows 10.

    A DNS issue no doubt........shutdown both Win7 and 10 devices, re-boot your modem/router, re- boot devices.
    Any change?

    The DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG
    should have alerted you that the DNS is configured incorrectly. Since this happens on 2 computers, it is not the DNS setting on the computer but rather the settings in your gateway or router.

    Please post the brand and exact model of gateway or router so I can find a manual for you to change settings provided powering down and waiting 2 minutes to power up doesn't work.
