lol, that video is great, reminds me of 7th grade when i was using apple os9 on this ugly beige computer with no cd drive. teh teacher would try to "but in" to show us stuff, I found that all I had to do to get around that was open photoshop and safari, when he tried to but in the computer crashed

 

Not likely, unless your school uses Macs older than dirt. Unless your profile lies about your birth date

 

This was 2 years ago, they now use nothing older than an imac G3 and those old macs were awful, I lost so many hours of work, eventually I learned to save every 5 minutes. they got a huge grant last year to upgrade to tiger and more Emaccs to replace those hideous beige computers, you know whbat really sucks are the imac mice, those round things with 1 button, those drive me insane.

It can't be 3+ years old. None of the repsonses on the site are earlier than 2004. And look at the macs he is holding. Doubt they are that old.

Hard to argue Macs, if you don't know them.

That blue-green looking mac hasn't been for slale in YEARS (its an Imac G3, probably weighing in at around 400mhz). As for the Powermac he was playing with, that too, is not a new design by any means. Looks like a PowerMac G4 to me, and those span all the way back to 2000 or so, give or take a year.

we had 1 type of machine that looked older, had 2 floppy drives, no CD. I think they actually ran something oler than OS9. and safari was only on the new macs, these used netscape i think.not sur eif thats it, looked like it though.

 

A former employer switched from macs to pcs for a 40 man work force and saved 1900 man-hours the first 6 months. Go figure.
