ok so after trying all the malware removal suggestions, im still having some wierd problems.....it just started recently and happens at random times; web pages just dont want to load, quickly at least. For example, usually the pages on MG load instantly but lately they have been taking over 10 seconds to load. Its not like dial-up when the page loads different parts at a time, it just doesnt do anything for a while and then it just pops it. Sometimes the internet just wont work and i have to restart which, for the most part, usually fixes the problem. Ideas?

Please complete ALL steps in the READ & RUN ME

    - Windows Defender was not run
    - step 6 includes two online scanners which must be run and logs must be attached. They must be run before HijackThis.
    - step 7 specifies where not to install HijackThis and you installed it exactly where we specify not to install it.

Your HijackThis log alone shows nothing of any concern. Run the other tools. Flush your cache. Check the settings in your firewall (even try disabling for a short period to see the effect). Are you on a DSL or Cable modem? If so tell me which and then try power cycling the modem.
