wierd sound playing on loading or loaded webpage

    Not sure if i got this from a webpage or changing system settings to get my internet working again but I would like to get rid of this annoyance. I have already ran combofix and will run mbam before i go to sleep with a MSE scan.

    Anything else i can do?

    Well I was able to clean up the infections already with no worries and found out i had a add-on making the noise but this is my main concern and not sure if its good or not.
