Wifi Ip Camera On New Pc

I recently upgraded my desktop PC to an HP Envy Desktop - 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10700F - GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER. I have had a cheap outdoor no-name ip camera above my garage door which was pretty stable with the old PC, but now not so much with the new one. I leave the PC on and have BlueIris camera software interacting with it, which, again, was pretty stable on the old PC, but not this one. I also have another, different brand no-name camera facing out the back. That camera has remained stable with the new PC, but it's an older camera and not as advanced as the one giving me the trouble.

I can pretty quickly (usually) get the camera back onto the PC by either powering the camera down and back up, or disconnecting the PC WiFI and then reconnecting it. I put a Gosund smart-switch at the camera power source, so that's helpful when I catch the camera being out. Of note is that the camera remains mostly connected through its android app, even when it's out at the PC. Further, I have a laptop PC which, while not perfect, is much more stable with the camera than the DT. The 2 PCs are with 6 or 8 feet of each other.

Also, whenever the Blueiris software is not showing that camea, I am also unable to connect to the camra through a browser and inputting the camera's ip address.

I have started to program the gosund to power the camera's power source up and down every hour, but that doesn't fix the problem at the desktop PC as much as disconnecting / re-connecting the wifi.

Is there a way to have the wifi connection at the DT PC disconnect and reconnect every so often as a way to lessen the camera being off-line to the PC? Does anyone having any easy fixes? Thanks.
