Will I Be Able To Use This RAM In My PC?

    The shown RAM is NOT compatible for your specs....
    It is DDR2 PC2-4200 and is way above your mobo's capabilities!

    You need to look for DDR PC3200 compatibles for your system. In order to upgrade from current specs, look to replace the current 256mb modules, with 2 x 512mb modules, effectively giving you a total of 1024mb RAM.

    Yes, that RAM will work. Although, you might want to save up some money 'till you can afford to upgrade to at least 1Gb. IMO, it wouldn't be worth it to upgrade from 512Mb to 768Mb.
