Will My Skype Call Be Identified In This Scanario

hello,
if i called someone from my skype account 1.5 hours before publishing her phone number on the internet (i was silent during the call), I call her cellphone from skype, in this scanario will she have a way to identify the skype username that called her or the mac adress of the device i used? (for example by the help of a hacker)?
also, does police get warrent/subphoena to force skype to give user info in this case? (or they only get this things in more serious crimes like fraud?)
the publishing of her phone number took place from a completely other device and location.
