Will not shut off

I have a laptop and the only way to shut my computer down is to hold down the power key. Whenever i have turn my computer on almost immediately the windows error box pops up showing that my anti-virus has encountered an error. Also when I try to shut the computer off it says that a program is still running, but the program title changes everytime. I have attached my hijack this log and hopefully you guys can help me.

Proper cleaning procedures must be follow before posting HJT logs.

Please follow ALL the steps below (DO NOT SKIP ANYTHING):

- Look in Add/Remove programs for any of the below and uninstall if found:
IST Service
SurfAccuracy
Internet Optimizer
Power Scan

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
