First thing I notice is the mainboard is microATX. Are you sure you want to go with that?

Here's a few tips:
*The graphics card HD2600 is pretty shi*ty Add £10-20 and you get a card that performs 5x faster.
*Buy a larger hard disk. 80GB is very small these days plus you can get a 500GB hard disk by adding just £10-20!

With a few different choices and by adding just £30-£50 you can get a system that performs a LOT faster.

Actually, I can come up with an alternative system build for you...

If you could come up with an alternative system taht would be great, i dont really know what i am doing.

The PC is for my recording studio so it needs to be pretty fast, it dosent need an expensive sound card, any cheap thing will do! and i need a graphics card so i can have two monitors.
I need a firewire card
DVD/CD RW if possible
and a 7200 rpm hard drive

If you can come up with anythign that would be great

the system i came up with cost around £300
so anything aroudn that price range wuld be good, if it goes alittle over its no problem

 

Ok, here's my suggestion:
* Intel E8200 (about the same price as E7300, but twice as much cache and faster FSB), cost about £120
* A P35 mainboard, will cost about £50
* 2GB DDR2-667 memory, cost about £20
* Graphics HD3650 or HD3850, cost about £50
* 500GB SATAII HDD, cost about £40
+ the other stuff you need

This one would cost almost the same amount but performs a LOT better.
