Will This Scheduled Task Still Run?

I have a task for a job that was recently deleted out of my task scheduler. Not sure if I deleted it by accident or what, but when I pull up the list of things that are triggered at start up, it's no longer listed like it used to be. However, the task still appears in both the C:/Windows/Tasks folder (as a .job file) and the C:/Windows/System32/Tasks folder (as just a "file" with no extension).

Will this still run on its own by being in those folders, or does it require a trigger in the task scheduler? I don't remember deleting it and don't think I would have by accident. So I thought maybe it was still active, just not being listed.

Irregardless of whta's in those two folders, if there's no trigger in Task Scheduler, the task will not run.
