    Can anybody help me?? Really need help on this because if it doesnt work i need to find a different graphics card, and im on a really small budgit.

    Rebel Raver, I googled on your Shuttle ak38n, came back with

    SocketA VIA KT333/8233A AGP4x ATA133 Motherboard.

    I don't know enough about mobos or video cards to say if there might be a BIOS update to get your AGP up tp 8X. Looks like the card is more than you can use.
