I was wondering if I upgrade my windows 7 desktop to Windows 10, will that fix any problems I currently have with windows 7?

I've been on this forum often enough to know that I will be asked to give more information about the specific problem I am encountering.

I have a "blue screen" after log on for any new users. Currently, I only have the one main Administrator account. Any new account I make (with or without Administrator Permissions) blacks out just after signing in. I've been learning about and changing the registry entries and have several configurations that have occurred. 1) "logging on" "preparing desktop" then "logging off" and back to the sign on page. 2) "logging on" "logging off" and back to the desktop sign in. 3) "logging on" then a completely unresponsive blue screen.

If the windows 10 upgrade will fix that problem then I can stop stressing about it now. If not....help, please.

No. Never update to a new OS if your current one is unstable. Those problems will transfer, if not become worse.

If a clean install of 7 fixes your issues, then they too will not exist in Windows 10 when updating from the working Windows 7.
