Win 10 Bluetooth Usb Dongle Driver Problems

    I got Bluetooth earbuds for my Birthday, I love them! They are a great phone accessory. I bought dragon speaking because typing w/ one hand is so frustrating. I bought a Bluetooth USB Dongle from Amazon, the headphone function worked, but not the microphone. So I updated my Win 10 to get both functions working, then the headphone function stopped working. The earbuds signal they are connected, but no joy. I did turn my phone blue tooth off so I don't think it is a conflict. I bought a second unit from a different manufacturer, but same symptoms.Windows insisted there is a driver issue.

    Suggestions, ideas?
