Win 10 Pro - System Crashes

At work, we have (5) systems with Win10 Pro loaded {1 system being 32-bit, the rest are 64-bit}.
Of these (5), I am having constant issues with two of them.

System #1 - Win10 Pro 64-bit - used in the office
Crashes periodically for no apparent reason. Screen goes black and does not come back online but the system itself is still running.

System #2 - Win10 Pro 32-bit - used in shop
Screen goes black and does not come back online but the system itself is still running.

So the crashes are similar but different enough to cause grief. Also these systems were built well apart from each other so it's not like the components are similar.

What additional info do I need to grab for someone to assist?
