Win 10 Update

    Am still having difficulties updating WIN 10 1909 update.

    I have tried many things to update my computer apart from a full Reinstall but still have the issue through Media Creation now where could not install WIN 10 1909



    - Windows 10 Update Error 0XC1900101 – 0x20017 "Installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation"



    Just before the PC gets set back to way it was before it keeps on asking me to choose KEYBOARD.



    One final help before i decide to do a full reinstall ?
