Win 10 Won't Boot After Adwcleaner Cleaned 6 Items.

I am pretty sure one instance of Chrome that I run has malware that keeps opening various tabs a couple times a day. It wasn't anything dire, most of them were domains that were blocked in my hosts file. Kaspersky, Malware bytes and hitmanpro didn't find anything and tonight it tossed up a couple Amazon tabs with... I want to say "odios" in the url. So I went out to find something else to try and grabbed AdwCleaner. It found 6 things to remove, none of them looked concerning so I let it. Then I had no internet connection and windows troubleshooter couldn't fix it and mentioned something about the dns server. I decided to just try a reboot and nothing has worked since. The automatic startup repair won't work, I tried to fixmbr and rebuildbcd, they claimed to work but didn't change my inability to boot up. Tried fix boot but it says access is denied. I got into the AdwCleaner logs and for some reason there are two of them that seem to have the same info and a third referring to the first two. The logs are time stamped 9:40 pm but I know I ran it after 1 am. And some pictures I saved around midnight say 7:30 pm.
I am hoping there's someway to fix this with the command prompt so I don't have to reinstall windows and set up a dozen complicated programs from scratch.
I would rather have lived with a couple extra tabs to close.
