I have a 2. In One RCA Win 10 Tablet and I watched this video on YouTube


So I Turned Off everything they say in the Video and then I called Microsoft to help me make things Bigger.

Because I have bad eyes they wanted to Log Into my Tablet to see what I am looking at.

And they did things like this befoore but now when it comes time for me to enter the Pass Key Numbers they give me my Tablet just makes a Ding Ding sound.

And no Numbers go in and if a Number does go in it stops and no other Numbers can go in.

Can something I turned off make them not be able to Log In and make me not be able to enter the Numbers?
I only have one set ot Numbers on my Tablet they are the ones with the Symboles.

And yes they work because I enter numbers to Log Into my Tablet.

It is an RCA W1166 and please watch the Video I posted at the Top of this Topic and tell me if anything I Turned off can make them not be able to Log in?
