O.K., I've deleted all the partitions on my hard drive and repartitioned, but when I reboot with the bootable 2000 disk in it says "missing operating system" on a dos looking screen. I can get to a dos prompt if I boot with an ME floppy in (which is what I used for fdisk) but the 2000 CD doesn't work. Anyone have any ideas?

Is your bios set to boot to CD first?

I thought it was, but is it possible to check now? If so how?
    Thanks

    Depends on the board...

Usually its Del, F1, or F2 to get into bios setup.

There will be an option to change the boot order.
Set the first item as your cd, second as floppy, and last as hard drive.

That way you can set it and leave it.

That was the ticket (F2). Thanks again.
