win 32

    I am certain that i have an infected lap top with the win 32 virus, my problem is it will not allow me to run in safe mode or any of the options. It goes back to the windows screen and immediatley bounces me back into the screen asking me what mode to run in. How can I by pass this and bring back up windows?

    Do you have your xp (?) cd?

    I assume you do not have a recovery partition?

    I think that it did not, i remember wondering where the discs were when i purchased it, but i will check. Everything is kept in a file. I will check this post again tomorrow. Thanks!

    Let me know ...at worst you could borrow a cd as long as it is the same version of windows - home/pro and you know your install key.
