    Did it change anything?

Rerun the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Then attach the below log:
    • C:\MGlogs.zip

Yes it looks like nothing changed. Those devices still do not appear in your logs and thus are not getting configured to allow network access. Even though you just reinstalled them, it is like the do not exist according to your logs. I only have one more suggestion to try first and then the next suggestion will be reinstall.

Try the restore points from 12/13/2012 which were prior to the point where this networking problem began. Your logs show the below two on 12/13

    12/13/2012 09:56 PM 326,729,728 {b2f0ed33-44e1-11e2-a199-000272de104a}{3808876b-c176-4e48-b7ae-04046e6cc752}

Actually I do have one more thing that I want to do before giving up and reinstalling. I want to remove a file using OTL.

Now shut down your protection software (antivirus, antispyware...etc) to avoid possible conflicts.
    Code:
    :Files
    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\services.exe
    ipconfig /flushdns /c
    :Commands
    [PURITY]
    [EMPTYTEMP]
    [EMPTYFLASH]
    [REBOOT]
    • Now click the http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/407/otlrunfix.png button.
    • If the fix needed a reboot please do it.
    • Click the OK button (upon reboot).
    • When OTL is finished, Notepad will open. Close Notepad.
    • A log file will be located at C:\_OTL\MovedFiles\mmddyyyy_hhmmss.log, where mmddyyyy_hhmmss is the date of the tool run.
    • Attach this log to your next message. (See: How to attach)
Make sure that there is a reboot after doing the above. If it does not reboot then reboot manually.

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Then attach the below logs:
    • the log from OTL
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
Make sure you tell me how things are working now!

Well at this point I think I'm gonna reinstall.. I actually have an SSD that I will load Windows 7 onto, and I'll just be using my previous C drive as storage. Thanks for your time and help though! I appreciate it.

Still the same, it says limited access.
