Win 7 Download Problem

I just installed an upgrade to Win 7 on my Dell laptop D420, now when I try to download some of my most used programs , such as "Roboform" and "Webshots", the search engine Bing appears with a message the program cannot be found. These same programs work on my other two computers that I also have upgraded, no compatiblity issue. It did download and open my banking program, "Bank of America". I also installed Norton 360 with no problem. Any ideas?
