win 7 - frequent Blue screen of death

I have frequent blue screens in my new pc - win 7.

I have Blue screen all times since I have Installed my win7 O.S.
Steps I have tried so far :
Memory test using my linux , Memory is OK
HD - I am using WD WDC WD5000AADS-00S9B0 ,500gb .
I have downloaded HD test , HDD is OK
Motherbord - GA-MA78GM-US2H
I have installed the latest drivers from gigabyte website .
I will attached dumpfiles of the blue screen and event viewer logs .

Any Help is appricated .
