Win 7 music dissapeaed from Windows Media Player library

    Hi all running a Dell Inspiron desktop. I ripped like 4 CDS' into Windows media player 12. The next time I opened Widows Media Player 12 all my other music was gone and I had tons of music. What would cause this to happen? I'm using the restore library command to get the music back but i want to make sure it does not happen again thanks in advance.:-o
